Facilities Engineer Mechanical, Chemical, Energy

Responsible for managing the integration and operation of manufacturing utility systems into new and existing facilities to meet the requirements of the manufacturing processes, including design development, operation, and maintenance. Multi-disciplinary professional engineering experience is required with a strong background in mechanical and chemical engineering. Able to evaluate manufacturing equipment utility support requirements and develop technical specifications, systems architecture & performance requirements, and participate in the review (and/or design) of those systems to assure the capacity, reliability, serviceability, and efficiency of those systems meets the highest standards. Will participate in the start-up and Commissioning of mechanical or process systems, as well as monitoring and analysis of the operation of those same systems.

• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in mechanicaland/or chemical systems.
• Ability to travel domestic and international.
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional Design Experience in one or more of thefollowing project types:  industrial chiller plants, steam plants, missioncritical/data centers, high tech/R&D, bio-tech/pharmaceutical, or cellmanufacturing
• Knowledge and experience with writing sequence of operations
• Experience in writing engineering reports and assessingsystems for quality of construction and proper operation
• Capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneouslyand directing and overseeing junior staff work for same projects
• Direct experience in the preparation of mechanical contractdrawings and engineering specifications
• Proficient in the use of various computer programs used inMechanical/Process systems design such as HVAC load calculations, HydraulicAnalysis, and Revit
