Hours of Operation are 6:00am to 2:30pm for the role. This position typically does not work evenings or weekends.

Position Details:

Electrician who has a working knowledge of installing electrical systems in commercial applications. Able to install, maintain, repair, and test electrical devices, fixtures, control equipment, meters, instruments, and wiring throughout the facility. You will report to Site Manager, Facilities.

You Will:
  • Troubleshoot medium and low voltage circuits.
  • Adjust, calibrate, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair electrical/electronic equipment as required.
  • Oversee contractors' installation of commercial and industrial electrical equipment.
  • Capability and willingness to perform other non-electrical maintenance tasks upon request is required such as operate and maintain in good running order all machinery and equipment as assigned. This includes but is not limited to chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, variable frequency drives, and building automation systems, plumbing, and piping systems, pumps, air compressors, generators, ice machines, air-conditioning units,
  • Must also be able to use power tools, hand tools, shop machines, personal computers, lifting devices.
  • Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code.
You have:
  • On the job experience in electrical trades' background.
  • Certification from an accredited trade school or valid electrical license preferred.
  • Experienced in use of electrical, plumbing testing devices and any other diagnostic devices used to troubleshoot system repairs.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Basic understanding in operation of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fluid power systems preferred.
