- Safely complete utility measurement work on operating facility systems and individual manufacturing tools without system impacts.
- Field audits to compare design package and system design installations and utility consumption
- Perform utility measurements on facility utility supply systems in both cleanroom, non-cleanroom and other industrial environments as directed; facility systems could include HVAC, exhaust, process water, compressed air, gas and waste treatment systems.
- Archive, review and analyze measured data as directed.
- Requirement to lead/coordinate or support field walks, audits as required.
- Attend workgroup meetings.
- Become skilled in proper use and care of sophisticated measurement equipment
- Take Client Specified training where required.
- Access Top Secret Client tool utility consumption data.
- Attention to detail, safety, and quality skills.
- Effective use of Microsoft Office software for managing data and team communications.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, communication, task planning and time management skills.
- Motivated team player with expertise to problem solve and develop an internal network of technical and operational team owner resources.
- Candidates must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- The candidate must have one of the following: an Associate's degree in a facilities or engineering discipline or equivalent technical military service.
- 3+ years of experience in a facilities operations or maintenance environment.
- Due to the nature of the job the candidate should be able to lift 30 pounds with assistance. and work ergonomically within confined spaces, i.e. under Raised Metal Floor.
- Capable of walking a minimum of 0.5 mile with 30lb gear, both in & out of cleanroom areas.
- Able to perform job roles and responsibilities while wearing personal protective equipment.
- Able to work from heights and climb ladders.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and interest.
- Experience working with a variety of diagnostic metering equipment.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with electronic metering practices and principles of flow measurement
- Knowledge of Facilities services provided to Fab Operations.
- Experience in Fab, Subfab and Utility area work environments.
- Ability to read and interpret Mechanical and Electrical equipment drawings.
- Skilled in data auditing and verification.
