Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focusedFacilities Attendant/Groundskeeper to join our progressively growing team in Memphis, TN. City View Towers is comprised of 430 apartment homes, in 2 high-rise towers, for SENIORS, 62+. The Facilities Attendant is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Community Director and/or Facilities Director. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.

Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focusedFacilities Attendant/Groundskeeper to join our progressively growing team in Memphis, TN. City View Towers is comprised of 430 apartment homes, in 2 high-rise towers, for SENIORS, 62+. The Facilities Attendant is responsible for the prompt and efficient performance of all tasks assigned by the Community Director and/or Facilities Director. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.
Summary of Requirements:
- Exterior maintenance of plant life throughout the property.
- Plants and trims lawns, trees, bushes, hedges, and shrubs using hand tools or motorized vehicles.
- Landscapes new ground areas, repairs damaged ground areas, replaces bushes, hedges, shrubs, and trees.
- Cleans grounds and removes litter.
- Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and the management company.
- Sweep and vacuum all public areas, stairways, halls, laundry rooms, building entrances and trash rooms as necessary.
- Wet mop and vacuum the public areas of all buildings three or four times a week, depending upon the usage and appearance.
- Dusting and clean the washers and dryers in laundry rooms and remove any trash or debris left behind from the day.
- Weekly dust all light fixtures, including hanging globes and wall mounted globes and monthly clean them of insects, etc., once a month. Light bulbs are to be replaced as needed.
- Monthly clean the mailbox fronts and public walls or halls and the trash room walls, including trash door areas.
- Deliver notices and letters as directed.
- Trash out vacant apartments as directed.
- Groundskeeper/Porter is required to report and replace missing light bulbs, building damage or vandalism, unusual circumstances and conditions, and other related incidents, in writing, to their supervisor.
- All other duties as assigned.
