Alabama Surgical Arts Seeks Facial Cosmetic Surgery and Medspa Coordinator with Marketing and Sales Experience
We are in search of a a very special, enthusiastic “people-person” as our Facial Cosmetic Surgery and Medspa coordinator. Our practice is committed to unparalleled patient care in our office. We offer Facial Cosmetic Surgery and minimally invasive procedures such as injectables, lasers and skin care.
The successful candidate is a sincere, enthusiastic "connector" with outstanding communication and organizational skills. This position covers a wide variety of situations including managing flow of patients and staff, heavy telephone and email inquiries, client appointment scheduling, interaction with patients, implementing social media and marketing efforts, promoting products and services, and working in support of Physician, Practice Manager and supporting Providers. A true service oriented mentality is essential.
The role of the coordinator is integral in the relationships we build and foster with our patients. It is predicated on the ability to connect with patients on a very personal level, and the ability to instill trust and confidence. This is a mid-level position, client services and/or sales experience is a must.
Job Specifics include:
- Curate exceptional patient experience starting from the first phone call
- Facilitate thoughtful scheduling and communication uniquely customized for patients
- Implement strategic marketing efforts for print / website /social media projects
- Guide patients through menu of services, sales promotions, retail products and other opportunities to enhance the patient experience
- Education of patients about surgical and non-surgical options

Candidates must have:
- Engaging telephone and face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and service industry professionalism
- Online marketing and social media expertise and insight
- Creative thinking ability to identify, anticipate and solve problems
- A professional appearance, upbeat positive attitude and poise
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to specifics
- Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
- Interest in plastic/Cosmetic Surgery, aesthetics, beauty and health
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office, including word, excel
- Savvy with social media and other online marketing sites
- Work experience in a customer-oriented setting is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
