Fabricator

We are looking for technically experienced skilled fabricator. Good attention to detail and able to layout parts from prints and sketches and fabricate up to welding.

Fabricator Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Must be familiar with shears
• Must be familiar with punch presses
• Must be familiar with breaks
• Reading and understanding product blue prints, schematics and assembly instructions.
• Taking part in product development meetings.
• Verifying dimensions and product specifications.
• Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
• Marking cutting lines on material.
• Welding
• Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
• Testing products for their functionality.
• Troubleshooting and stress testing products to minimize problems or recalls.
• Reporting and detailing product malfunctions.
• Adhering to assembly safety standards.
