RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The ideal Machine Shop Foreman will direct the efforts of tool makers and machinists.
• Occasional customer interaction will take place.
• Interacting with other planners and managers.
• Assist machinists as needed with set-ups and monitoring the job progress.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 (DOE)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• The Machine Shop Forman will have prior machinist experience.
• Prior experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Great communication and leadership skills.
