Position Summary
Lincoln Electric Products Co Inc. is seeking a Fabrication Manager to join its dynamic team. This role is available immediately and provides a great growth opportunity for the right candidate. It is a full-time, exempt position and candidate will be reporting directly to chief operations officer (COO).

Responsibilities / Tasks
- Supervises, gives direction and prioritizes work of shop production workers
- Planning and organizing production schedules and ensuring that products are manufactured in a timely and efficient manner.
- Overseeing the selection and procurement of raw materials and supplies required for production
- Delegating tasks and providing training and support as needed.
- Maintaining quality control standards and ensuring that products meet customer specifications.
- Taking corrective actions per company procedures for team members that exhibit tardy behavior or lack attention to detail for producing quality parts.
- Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving measures as necessary
- Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure that production processes are aligned with design specifications.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and new technologies to improve production processes and increase efficiency.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe working environment.
- Supervise shop tools' operation and welding practices.
- Lead maintenance/fabrication shop, fostering teamwork and productivity.

· Trumpf TruBend 3100X (4 axis)
· Trumpf TruBend C120 (4 axis)
· Euromac FX1023 (4 axis)
· CNC shear
Requirements
- 3+ years of working in custom metal fabrication (Steel, Copper and Aluminum) using a shear, punch and bending fabrication equipment in an industrial setting.
- Supervisory experience within a fabrication shop environment, with a preference for union-based settings.
- Basic proficiency in operating common shop tools, including mill and lathe machining, as well as welding practices.
- Ability to read blueprints, bill of material (BOM’s), schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine best methods and sequences of product assembly
- Experience working with hand tools and measuring devices.
- Have sound knowledge of CNC Programing.
- Must have knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and technologies.
- Should be well versed with various fabrication machines and their preventative management.
- Requires the working knowledge of and use of hand tools, power tools, and electronic equipment.
- Work environment is loud (hearing protection is required).
- Work on your feet for most of the work shift.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bilingual - Preferably Spanish
CNC Operating skills
Must be able to wear protective equipment that includes steel toe shoes, eye wear.
Bachelors or Associate's preferred.
