Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee facility to ensure company initiatives, procedures, processes, and programs are implemented and followed by personnel
Review and assess facility operation, workload, schedule flow backlog, and assure that the location assets (e.g., people, processes, materials, equipment, and conditions) are in place to meet efficiency, productivity, and company goals
Ensure facility operates within budget and achieves revenue goals
Provide oversight and supervision to managers and supervisors responsible for vessel, pipe, heat exchanger, and structural fabrication, as well as heat treatment, painting, and modular skid assembly
Define and communicate the responsibilities, authorities, expectations, and accountabilities of direct reports and other personnel within the facility organization
Enforce target goals regarding staffing, training, safety, quality, equipment, tools, materials, and production
To evaluate the performance of personnel at the facility
To ensure maintenance of company assets such as the facility, machinery, welding equipment, and stock inventory
To establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Schedule/Shift Details
1st shift Monday thru Friday with occasional weekend work. Must be flexible to work overtime.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of fabrication experience, preferably in an ASME fabrication shop
Leadership capability to develop and execute a strategy for the operation, align supervisors/employees to it and drive implementation to achieve continuous improvement
Ability to listen to and influence the company management team to take the actions required to meet the vision and strategy for plant operations
Ability to effectively communicate across levels and functions to create alignment for our initiatives
Confidence and positive track record making difficult and complex decisions related to facility operations
Capability to develop teams to implement strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
High integrity and competency which fosters the highest level within the operations
Ability to manage large diverse teams to ensure work processes and operations meet or exceed all requirements and business goals
Ability to inspect, identify, and verify that plant operations and processes are implemented, performed, and completed in compliance with industry, company, and customer requirements
Ability to read and interpret accounting reports (financial statements, P&L reports) to determine areas needing cost reduction or improved profitability
Ability to build solid relationships with customers addressing their needs and meeting or exceeding expectations
Ability to communicate ideas / information in writing and through speech so that others will understand
Minimum 5 years of experience in Process, Mechanical, or Project Engineering with an EPC or similar
Knowledge of industry standards (ISA, ASME, NEC, PIP, etc.)
Experience with modular units (skids) design, preferred, but not required
Experience with TEMA Exchangers and Air Coolers, preferred, but not required
