The Fabrication and Assembly Associate performs fabrication, assembly and finish work of parts and products for point of purchase displays and other projects. A variety of materials, processes, tools and equipment are used to produce the final components and product(s).
General Duties
- Properly handles parts and materials with care including focus, attention to detail and visual inspection for high quality standards
- Fabricates, repairs, modifies and assembles parts, products and displays
- Verifies dimensions and product specifications; and reviews work orders
- Good dexterity to achieve detailed, skillful and precise work in the Fabrication and Assembly areas
- Regular use of tools and equipment for Fabrication and Assembly processes such as power tools, hand tools, measuring tools, drill press, arbor press, heat/cold bender, spray painting, finishing and polishing equipment
- Perform various assembly process techniques with skillful application of solvent bonding and UV gluing materials, other adhesives, stickers, tapes, magnets, bumpers and feet, etc…
- Communicates with team to troubleshoot and report quality issues
- Other production duties as needed which may include quality inspection, peeling and bagging
- Aids in department tasks such as light cleaning, prepping and stocking supplies
- This role uses technical knowledge and skill, customer focus and a teamwork emphasis to assist with the company’s overall goals and success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
