Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.

- Co-Manage all incoming Service Requests
- Handle Linux & Windows issues escalations from L1 team
- Solve, Break/Fix Server Hardware issues
- Firmware & Bios Updates
- Install new & repair existing tools and systems
- Perform documented tasks/projects (e.g., HD Imaging, RFID Rack Deployment, etc.)
- Server Racking, OS Installation, Platform Release to Production (RTP) of Physical/Virtual Systems
- Develop internal documentation for key systems and services
- Work as the liaison between corporate & fab teams to deploy common policies/practices
- Account Maintenance (AD/NIS & local to system)
- Check and Respond to Monitoring / Notifications from GRID, Hypervisors, Storage & Backup System
- Manage Remote Access Software Solution (BOMGAR) to all fab devices
- Manage Software Package Deployment Solution (KACE) for all fab devices
- Apply patches monthly to all Windows Servers
- Looks for opportunities to improve day-to-day operations by implementing pro-active monitoring/management and automating routine tasks
- Develop tools and processes to automate tasks to help scale IT Operations
- Coaches and mentors L1 team members
- Serve in 7x24x7days On-Call Rotation every 5-6 weeks
Qualifications / Skills
- 10+ years of experience in the areas of IT Infrastructure
- Organized (share duties and work areas)
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to work in a multiple teams environment (fab & corporate)
- Understands/Demonstrates Strong System Administration skills and processes
- Understanding of computer system hardware and software
- Ability to work with hand tools to build/assemble hardware, racks, etc.
- Ability to deliver equipment (lift up to 50 lbs into place)
- Ability to gown up and work in clean rooms
- Deep Technical knowledge in Windows OS versions, current and legacy (fab environment has many old devices running older OS versions)
- Strong Technical knowledge in Unix/Linux server technologies and administration (Redhat/Centos/Ubuntu). Exposure to all the industry standard Linux operating systems is a plus.
- Understanding of Anti-Virus software/protocols
- Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Must be proficient in hardware/OS monitoring concepts and framework
- Knowledge of networking and other OS technologies is a plus
- Proactive management techniques, exposure to automation, scripting skills is a plus
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments
- Consult with management on long range goals
- Determines own priorities, both tactical and strategic
