We don't just want a trainer; we want someone who's as pumped about helping others smash their fitness goals as they are about their morning protein shake.
What is F45 Training?
F45 Training delivers innovation, motivation and results to our clients through 45 minute HIIT workouts with an emphasis on functional movement. Our classes are unique, fun, and highly addictive which is why F45 is currently the fastest growing network of fitness studios in the world. With a wide variety of classes ranging from resistance training, cardio, and hybrid formats, you'll never be bored!
What You'll Do:
- Lead heart-pounding, calorie-torching F45 training sessions like a boss.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that make even plank-haters excited to hit the gym.
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help clients crush their goals.
- Be the go-to expert on all things fitness and wellness for our fantastic F45 family.
- Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with correct form.
- Provide progressions and regressions to various exercises to prevent injury
- Set up, break down, clean, and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after class.
- Assist with membership growth and retention through sales and member relationships.
