```Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Eyelash Extension services to our clients. If you have a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Duties: - Apply individual Eyelash Extensions using various techniques - Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations - Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment - Maintain a strong knowledge of different lash styles and trends - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction - Upsell additional services and retail products - Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records - Educate clients on proper aftercare for their Eyelash Extensions Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role - Proficiency in using MINDBODY software or similar scheduling systems - Knowledge of different lash extension techniques, including volume lashes and hybrid lashes - Familiarity with using a straight razor for lash isolation - Previous experience in cosmetology or esthetics is preferred - Strong upselling skills to maximize revenue opportunities - Experience in other beauty services such as tattooing or nail care is a plus If you are a talented Eyelash Specialist looking to join a dynamic team, please apply with your resume and portfolio showcasing your work.
