Whip Salon is looking for a seasoned Eyelash Extensions Specialist to join our Hilton Head Island, SC team and provide Eyelash Extension services to clients. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences, as well as performing Eyelash Extension application, maintenance and removal. You must have a strong understanding of lash extension techniques and products, as well as the ability to work with clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to discuss their Eyelash Extension needs/preferences, suggest the best look for them and customize based on their lash conditions
• Assess clients' natural lashes, eye shape, and condition to determine the appropriate lash extension application
• Effectively create three levels of the volume styles based on the standards as established by Whip Salon
• Uphold customer service and quality standards as recommended by Whip Salon to ensure high-end, consistent customer experience at all times
• Perform lash extension maintenance services, such as fills and repairs
• Educate clients on proper lash extension aftercare
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Provide your own supplies and equipment
• Keep up-to-date on the latest lash extension techniques and products

Qualifications:

• South Carolina State esthetician license required
• Minimum of one year of experience providing lash extension services to clients in a professional setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Insurance required
• This is a 1099 position which requires you bring your own supplies for services and equipment
• Having a book of clients is a big plus

The Physical Requirements of the Contract are:

• Standing for sustained periods of time
• Continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms.
• Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level
• Ability to be exposed to various chemicals and fragrances used in performing services
• Ability to observe guest's lashes, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust
