We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling transactions, and assisting with various sales tasks. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with prompt and courteous service
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote special offers or promotions to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
