SalaryWe are hiring Extrusion Operators for a new flooring manufacturing plant located in Adairsville, GA 30103.
We have 3 phases to our training process.
1. Training period: 4 weeks. Training Period Pay: $15 per Hour. After the first 4 weeks, we will test all Trainees to see if he or she can operate the machinery correctly and independently. If the Trainee is successful, he/she will be transferred to an Introductory Operator.
2. Introductory Period: 4-8 weeks. $18 per Hour
3. After successful completion of the Introductory Period, we move Operators to level I, II, or III, who are paid gradually more based on skill and other objectives.
