Full-time; 2nd shift; wage: $25.27/hr; $2.00/hr afternoon and midnight shift differential

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Control film gauge and width to required specification
• Make heat, speed, and tension adjustments as needed to produce quality material
• Oversee extrusion operation and delegate duties as necessary
• Set-up of machine for production runs including die and roll changes
• Properly clean and maintain extrusion dies
• Effectively communicate with other extruder personnel and QC

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to accurately follow instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Operate a lift truck
• Read a tape measure
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude

Physical Requirements:

• Lift 50 pounds frequently

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
