- Present and maintain a high level of professionalism as an educational leader and head boys Soccer Coach while demonstrating an exemplary level of integrity in building a boys soccer program
- Demonstrate considerable experience building a successful program
- Varsity High SchoolHead Soccer Coaching experience preferred
- Possess strong communication skills and a desire to partner with parents and the community in building strong relationships fostering a record of academic and athletic success for students
- Maintain high expectations of student athletes when representing Pleasant Hill High School in competition
- Take a vested interest in helping develop a comprehensive youth soccer program
- Be proactive in developing a cooperative approach to Pleasant Hill High School programs
- Meet MSHSAA Head Coaching Requirements
- Effectively organize all aspects of the program including all administrative duties, maintaining facilities and equipment, submitting reports and cooperating with administration
- Possess and understand MSHSAA rules and requirements regarding coaches and student-athletes
- Have expansive knowledge of the rules and technical aspects of the sport
- Have a passion for improving student purpose and performance both in the classroom and on the playing field.
- Promote and/or support and off-season strength and conditioning program designed to enhance the all-around athlete throughout Pleasant Hill programs
- Possess a current teaching certificate (preferred)
