Position: Critical Skills Tutoring FEDARP
Evaluated by: Principal/Assistant Principal
Employment Term: School Year, As Needed
Qualifications: Holds a West Virginia Professional Certificate endorsed for elementary education or special education at the grade levels appropriate for this assignment grades 2-5. Regular employment status at the assigned school is preferred.
Responsibilities: Responsible for Critical Skills Tutoring for students struggling with reading and/or mathematics to include:
- Utilization of iReady instructional component
- Teacher led small group instruction to enhance reading skill deficits or address specific obstacles identified through diagnostic assessment
- Instruction on mathematics facts, skills or concepts to reinforce classroom learning
- Data entry and proper grant related documentation
Maximum Participation: Up to 4 Hours Weekly, Schedule To Be Determined By School 1 hour allotted for FEDARP documentation
Salary Range: Hourly Rate
