Parsons is seeking a technical External Integration Lead to support the Government Program Office within Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Command & Control, Battle Management, and Communication (C2BMC). In this role, you will work on a small team in a dynamic environment executing a critical mission in which every team member is directly responsible for the success of program efforts. This position will support the Multi-Domain C2 program to expand capability for both Missile Defense and Space Mission Partners.
Job Description:

  • Coordinate with mission partners regarding external scope of work and schedule to support joint space or multi-domain command and control (C2) objectives, to include schedule for hardware / software upgrades, system accreditations, test events, fielding decisions, etc.
  • Review program requirements which may include System and Element level specifications and Interface Control Documents (ICD) with a focus on integration with external sensors and systems.
  • Support definition of test requirements, plans, support tasks, and schedules, including review of verification / test / validation plans and results, with a focus on sensors.
  • Coordinate support tasks and associated schedules for networks, communications, logistics, deployment of element node / interface equipment, etc. to support integration of sensors and external systems.
  • Support review and coordination of infrastructure requirements and Bill of Materials (BOM), to include review and tracking of hardware and software procurements.
  • Support development of Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Operations Procedures.
  • Support development and coordination of fielding plans and briefings.
  • Support program Engineering Review Boards (ERB) / Integration Configuration Control Boards (ICCB).
  • Review contracts documentation (SOW, Tech Evaluations, etc.), as required.

Required Skills:
  • Degree and 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience in DoD programs
  • Experience working on classified and special access programs
  • Self-starter, thrive in a dynamic environment, and work well with other team members, members of the Senior Executive Service and senior military officers
  • Ability to coordinate with both internal and external organizations to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to solve complex problems and track detailed information individually or as a member of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Active TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility

Desired Skills:
  • 10+ years of relevant DoD, MDA and/or Industry work experience with SAP and/or SCI
  • BS in a technical/scientific field
  • Understanding of the Missile Defense System (MDS)

Minimum Clearance Required to Start:
Top Secret SCI

Salary Range:
$81,500.00 - $161,400.00
