Exterior cleaning

Hi there,

I am hoping to hire someone this spring. The job will start May 1st but I'm flexible on that.
My company, All ABout Services is starting our 20th year. We provide several services to our customers.

Duties:
-Window cleaning

-Siding cleaning with pressure washers

-Deck cleaning

-Gutter cleaning

-Holiday lighting

-Carpentry, New Construction, Renovation

Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required
-Experience using ladders, especially tall extension ladders
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills

-Will need to safely lift 50lbs.

Please note that this position will require standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and standing on roofs..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
