The Siding Installer will be a part of the Exterior Bottoms department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 75+lbs on a continuous basis due to the complexity of handling the siding and the ability stand throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. This team member will have other duties assigned such as installing tires (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments.
This role has technical requirements that requires the ability to read/interpret orders and prints as well as understand DAPIA (code) requirements. Additionally, this role requires the use and understanding of at least 4 tools which includes use of a saw.
This is a level CHARLIE role , $27.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way to CHARLIE level pay over the first 90 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.
Ideal candidates will not have any attendance, safety, behavior or performance write ups past a verbal level warning in the last 12 months. A skills test may be performed to determine the ability to continuously lift the siding.
