Job Summary: Expo Care Representative
Expo Home Improvement, a leader in residential remodeling, is currently hiring Expo Care Representatives to join our dedicated team. As an Expo Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers home improvement project by ensuring exceptional customer experiences, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout various stages of the project. This position requires a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Detailed Project Oversight & Customer Interaction: Interact with customers through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and online platforms, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, keeping them informed about project status, timelines, and any relevant updates.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills in customer interaction, problem resolution, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Calendar Management: Work collaboratively with the scheduling team to optimize agent calendars, ensuring efficient coverage to meet customer needs.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Adhere to established standard operating procedures to maintain consistent service quality and contribute to the overall success of customer service operations.
- Policy Adherence: Follow and adhere to all customer service procedures and policies, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute positive feedback and reviews for Expo Home Improvement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date information for future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to assess and address customer needs with a focus on providing exceptional service.

- Flexibility: Available to work evenings and Saturdays as needed to fully service our customers.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent.
