NO ON-CALL ROTATION - SEVEN HOLIDAYS OFF
NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS (Saturday's Optional)
NOTE: Pay is a range based on hours completed/billed in the field (to be discussed further at time of interview)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential locations.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and water softeners, etc.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using pressure gauges and other specialized tools
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing issues in a timely manner
- Professional, clean and friendly
SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Ability to assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures accurately
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues effectively
- Welding skills for joining pipes or making repairs as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
