Experiential Lead- Orange County

```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced club fitter to join our team in Orange County. As the Experiential Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing fitting events. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact in TaylorMade's' custom sales market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative experiential fitting campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and objectives
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize future events
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members

Skills:
- Must have excellent communication sales with customers as well as team members - Sales background is essential - Extensive fitting knowledge preferred - Responsible for carrying large amounts of fitting equipment in car -Experience in advertising sales is a plus -Willing to work weekends

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
