EXPERIENCED Weekend Dog Walker

Tails N' Trails Pets LLC is hiring an EXPERIENCED Weekend Dog Walker and pet sitter. We are a well established pet services with three locations. We are looking to hire for the surrounding Providence area for Friday evening - through Sunday evening. Appointments vary between Providence County, Bristol County and Warwick County.

Looking for someone who can work approximately 4-8 pm Fridays, 8-7 pm Saturdays, 8-7 pm Sunday. This is not an hourly job, it is based on appointments scheduled. These hours expressed above are a rough estimate of what would be needed at most per a weekend.

An ideal candidate is experienced with handling dogs, motivated, and a self sufficient individual that can meet the following requirements:

-Must have a reliable car

- Must have working AC in your car

- Must have a smartphone; preferably iPhone

- Clean driving record with a valid drivers license

- Strong communication skills

- Strong time management

- Experience working with dogs of all sizes

- Please do not apply to this job if you have any fear or reservations in handling all different types of dogs, i.e temperaments, size, puppies.

- Comfortable driving with numerous dogs in your car

- Capable of controlling 2-4 dogs at a time

- Boarding client dogs in your home

Dog Walker Job Entails:

-Driving to and from clients homes to pick up their dog for walks, hikes, and adventure daycare.

-Walking 4-6 miles a day. Applicants must be in good shape and apply to walk in all types of weather.

-Handling 2-4 dogs at a time on a walk and in a park
