Job Description
Warehouse Production Supervisor
The Production administrative assistants enter and organize data about merchandise deliveries, production quotas, and all other processes that happen during the production process. Relaying messages between other members to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
● Implementing matrix
● Fill the orders
● Training and implementing 5S to all employees at all times.
● Training and auditing the SOP of all procedures
● Problem-solving and able provide alternative 3 solutions.
● Maintain day-to-day safety and quality, monitor, and prioritize workflow and production schedules by using Monday.com
● Ensure the product complies with high standards and ensure fulfillment goals.
● Participate in ongoing communication with other supervisors and members of the management team regularly.
● Manage behavior issues using critical analysis and corrective action.
● Follow and enforce company policies.
● Maintain an up-to-date all requirements and inventory on Monday.com.
● Provide 3 options for large purchase items that exceed your limit.
● Ensure that all equipment is working. Report equipment failures to maintenance immediately.
● Respond to all duties the Production supervisor assigned by manager.
● Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies etc.
● Maintaining records management database systems and retention.
● Update records of continuous improvement report
● Inventory sub-ledger and general ledge variance report responsibility
● Transforming raw data into reports
● Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed
● Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
● Use Monday.com to communicate with everyone regarding orders, refill, tasks and inventory. Follow the Matrix and schedule the production activities weekly schedule.
● Able to meet deadlines and provide the status of the assigned tasks.
Requirements:
● 4 years of experience in production, shipping, and warehousing is required.
● 2 years of experience in an administrator role is required.
● 6 months of experience in processing orders, colors, and packages.
● Experience improving processes and procedures.
● Dedication to getting the job done.
● A Bachelor’s Degree in process engineering is a plus.
● Operate forklift , palette jack and lid closure machine.
● Current drive license and free drug test.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 - 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Pay: DOE (Negotiable)
Shift: Monday to Friday mornings
