**Position Overview**:

We are seeking a dedicated Vinyl Application Specialist with the flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and essentially any time that meets our clients' unique requirements. The perfect candidate will not only have the technical proficiency to ensure each application is flawless, but also the dedication to meet challenging schedules and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Vinyl Application**:

- Apply vinyl decals, wraps, and murals to a variety of surfaces, ensuring a bubble-free, smooth finish.

- Handle and install large, intricate vinyl pieces, ensuring precision and alignment.

- Remove old vinyl and prepare surfaces for new applications.

**Custom Builds**:

- Collaborate with the design team on custom projects, ensuring the vinyl application matches the vision and specifications.

**Maintenance & Upkeep**:

- Perform routine checks and touch-ups on previously installed vinyl.

- Recommend vinyl maintenance and care tips to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in vinyl application or related fields is preferred.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Physical ability to lift heavy rolls of vinyl, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
