Job Description:

4170 Trading LLC is seeking Experienced Traders to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing risk, and optimizing trading strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute trades in accordance with established strategies and risk parameters.
• Monitor market conditions, news events, and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities and assess risk.
• Analyze trading data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement risk management techniques and controls to manage exposure and protect capital.
• Collaborate with other traders and team members to share insights, develop new strategies, and optimize trading performance.
• Continuously refine and enhance trading algorithms and models to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success as a proprietary trader
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, and risk management principles.
• Experience with trading platforms, execution algorithms, and order management systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make informed decisions under uncertainty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
