Well established and respected family-owned fine art studio specializing in family portraiture, with two locations in New Jersey and one in Connecticut is looking for full-time Telephone Sales Representatives/schedulers. They would be responsible for booking clients into our growing studios' calendars, ensuring exceptional customer service and a full schedule of appointments.

Candidates must reside in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Candidates must own a personal PC (not a MAC) with a compatible headset and have stable high-speed internet connection.

Full Job Description:

If you are a commission-driven and love breaking records, this opportunity is perfect for you. Phone sales experience and the ability to ask for the sale are required. Outbound telemarketing experience is highly preferred. Knowledge in portraiture or art is not necessary, as your focus will be on setting appointments.

• Outgoing, well-spoken, engaging and reliable team player.
• Ability to follow a script authentically, maintaining excitement and consistent in achieving performance goals;
• Strong work ethic;

Salary:

$30,000 - $65,000 (annually)

Supplemental Pay Types:

• Bonus Opportunities
• Full-Time Shifts

Hours and Conditions:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday (weekends as needed)

Experience Level:

• At least 3 years Telephone Sales (required);
