Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) - Full Time

Position Details:

Responsibilities:
- Work with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to assist in providing speech and language services to students.
- Implement therapy plans and activities designed to support students' communication and language development.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible care for students.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Support the creation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings.
Qualifications:
- Current SLPA licensure or certification in the state of North Carolina.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children and helping them reach their communication goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
