Role Overview

As an Experienced Retail Salesperson, you'll be at the forefront of our store's success, using your expert sales skills to drive results. With at least 3-5 years of retail sales experience working in a salary plus commissions-based environment, you thrive on seeking and closing deals, making every customer interaction count. Your role will primarily involve conducting hundreds of transactions, where your mastery in upselling will truly shine.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers with professionalism and knowledge.
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and upselling relevant products.
• Maintain an organized and efficient checkout process.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with all retail regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Expertise in upselling and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
