Experienced Post Frame Crew Lead: Pay range starts $26 and increases based on experience

Must obtain and hold a valid driver’s license

Must have 3+ years of construction experience

Must have experience operating basic construction equipment – (scissor lifts, telehandlers, skid loaders)

Motivated to complete jobs on schedule

Eye for detail and quality

Job Description:

• Perform daily procedure of Post Frame construction
• Read building plans (Blueprints)
• Maintain a 4-man crew with daily tasks
• Construct a Post Frame building from the ground up
• Operate basic power tools and hand tools.
• Operate a telehandler to install trusses up to 70’ wide and stand wall sections up to 20’ tall

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
