We are seeking an experienced boat mechanic to join our team at our HURON, OH location (Sandusky Area).

We are a Full Service Boat Dealership who has been ranked in the Top 100 Dealers in North America 9 years in a row (#9 in 2022). We were named one of the "Top Dealerships to Work for" by the National Marine Retailers Association in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

In 2023 we opened our Huron, OH location offering a service area with 12 service bays, state art equipment, a test pond on site, and an air conditioned shop.

Some weekends will be required for events.

Experience working as a Certified Marine Mechanic required for this position.

We are a family environment with 2 full-time techs currently, so we have a great, small atmosphere. We pay an aggressive hourly rate (not flat rate) and that rate is dependent on experience and knowledge. There are also bonus incentives for hitting goals and for billable hours achieved. Range of Services- Mercury Outboards, Mercruiser, Pleasurecraft, Indmar, Volvo, Yamaha Jet Engines (Engine Service). Trailer bearings, wheels, electrical work. Boat systems electrical work and well as optional installation of accessories. Troubleshooting Engine Diagnostics. Oil changes, gear lube, winterize, shrink wrap are just a few of the services we offer our customers.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
