Experienced Male Companion Caregiver - Work 1 On 1

If you answered YES to both questions home care is a great job opportunity for you!  As a Companion Caregiver, you would provide support, in the client's home, and provide companionship and activities within the client's capabilities.

We are looking for compassionate caregivers, with at least 2 years experience, working with a client of ours that has Cerebral Palsy. Our client is in need of companionship and interaction. Our client is very active and is always looking to engage in activities like going to car shows, the mall, walks, etc. Caregiver will be required to transport the client locally.  If you are looking for a position that is meaningful and fun, please inquire!

• 2-3 Days A Week / 3-5 Hours Per Day

Job Type - Part Time

Compensation and Benefits

• 24/7 On Call Support with a live person to talk to when you call

• Base hourly wage for the this job opportunity is $18.00/hr. This is for come and go work.

• Paid Time Off Accumulated

Job Requirements:

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED

• Experience caring for a person with Autism preferred

• Must be patient and have the ability to engage in physical activities

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds minimum

• Must submit to criminal background check and IDPH fingerprint check

• Must have reliable transportation - Company does not provide transportation

• Must be able to provide unexpired documents for background check, Federal I9, E-verify, and payroll purposes.

• Must be able to use technology such as access to a company mobile app and mobile website while on shift.

You will not work with ARIS at home as a certified nursing assistant (CNA, C.N.A.), but as one of the following: caregiver, companion, personal care attendant, HHA, H.H.A., home health aide, home health worker, home care caregiver, homemaker, care companion
