Experienced Machinist.

Local Semiconductor Manufacturing Company is seeking Experienced CNC Machinist to join their fast paced and growing team
Responsibilities:
-Safely operate a CNC Mill or CNC Lathe preforming basic operations in producing parts, modifications and repairs to existing parts and assemblies, and/or fabricating parts from steels, stainless steels, aluminum, plastics and other non-metals. ...

-Utilizes work orders, blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions to determine matching process, procedures, tooling and fixtures requirements.
-Performs basic machining and/or assembly tasks utilizing standard machine shop equipment.
-Plans and performs basic machine set ups.
-Possess the ability to perform basic calculations, which are required to accurately calculate angles used in set-ups and machining.
-Makes full use of machine capacity to minimize amount of machining or number of set-ups required to produce parts competitively.
-Performs machining operations.
-Monitor machines and verify that part dimensions conform to specifications.
-Performs visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications using a variety of tools..
-Maintains cleanliness of the work area and ensures proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent loss.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
-Willingness to portray a customer search approach to work orders
-Has good time management skills and able to completed work order on time
-Has a safety conscience attitude
-Team player and willingness to help as needed in other departments
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-1 + years of experience as a CNC Mill or Lathe machinist
-Able to pass a background check
-Able to walk, bend, stand and kneel down as needed for 10 hour shifts
Shifts available are:
10 hours swing shift - 4.30 pm to 3 am - Monday to Thursday
10 hours day shift - 6 am to 4.30 pm - Monday to Thursday
