Colby’s Dogcare & Spa offers an opportunity for you to join Washington DC's premier dog daycare & spa facility. We are dedicated to the highest quality canine care designed to promote healthy and happy pups, with an unswerving dedication to the pet parents’ convenience and emotional wellbeing. Our first location serves the Near Northeast and H Street Corridor and holds 100 pups in four play areas for daycare, sleepovers, grooming, and training.

Large Dog Playroom Attendant Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of three years working with dogs in a professional setting
• Working knowledge of dog behavior and group handling experience
• Comfort with Large Dogs
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Great problem solver

We need someone with a strong understand of pups and their body language. Playroom Attendants must be flexible with work expectations, be able to lift at least 50 lbs, have experience working with dogs in a professional setting, and have a working knowledge of dog behavior and group handling experience.

Salary: $19.00/hour
