Responsibilities:
- Operate juicing equipment to prepare fresh juices
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and cleaning of equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers and prevent cross-contamination
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Skills:
- Time management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time to meet production goals and customer demands
- Food preparation: Experience in preparing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for juicing
- Food handling: Understanding of proper food handling techniques to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
- Food industry: Familiarity with health codes, regulations, and best practices within the food industry
- Food service: Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable in a fast-paced environment
- Math: Strong mathematical skills for measuring ingredients, calculating portions, and managing inventory
- Food safety: Knowledge of food safety procedures to ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients
