We are a quickly growing landscape business that doubled in size for 2021, and 2022, tripled in size in 2023, and will double in size for 2024. We are based out of VB and primarily work in the FT Smith area.

Starting pay with easily achieveable performance bonuses is $800+ for a 40hr work week.

I'm Mike, I'm the owner. My job is to run a successful, profitable business that continues to grow. In return for you helping the business grow, I want you to grow as an individual. On your first day you will fill out a short-term/long-term goal sheet. You and I will discuss these personal goals and develop a path to success for you to achieve them. I will be there to help you throughout your journey; when you succeed, we succeed. In addition to this, rapidly growing companies create new positions that need filled. Qualified employees will have first chance at filling these positions, giving you a clear path to advancement.
