Commercial Truck/Fleet Service Advisor
We are seeking an Experienced Service Advisor for our Truck Service Department at Sam Galloway Ford-Lincoln. This is a rare opportunity that does not happen often. Our Commercial and Fleet business is growing and we are looking to add an additional service writer. Job Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will meet and greet customers promptly, obtain the customer and vehicle information, and obtain all of the customers concerns and vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.

Job Responsibilities
As a Service Advisor, you will meet and greet customers promptly, obtain the customer and vehicle information, and obtain all of the customers concerns and vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
- Review Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendations
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
- Update the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat and referral business allowing for long-term clientele
- Service Advisor Experience Required Minimum of 5 years
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- The individual must possess a high degree of personal ownership and accountability
- The individual must possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be analytical and multi-task
- Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with fleet accounts a plus
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid in-state driver's license
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Pre-employment background check, and drug-screen required prior to being hired
