Experienced Field Security Supervisor (Overnights Only)

We are seeking a working, OVERNIGHT, experienced Field Supervisor to support operations for remotely managed accounts by performing on-site supervision of Security Officers and ensuring site coverage at all times. ***This position requires the Field Supervisor to WORK POST'S, AS NEEDED. *** FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!

You MUST have a minimum of 5 years Security experience to be considered for this opportunity.

*** Potential Hours: OVERNIGHTS | M - SUNDAY (Must be flexible)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

**Must be willing to work a post, if needed.

• Perform night site visits to inspect & supervise security officers
• Address escalation of "after hours" calls to ensure sufficient coverage at customer sites
• Work with lead Supervisor to coach, counsel, discipline, train, and manage relationships with security officers
• Ensure site coverage at all times.
• Responsible for visiting assigned post locations on a regular basis (specific schedule varies) to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and make post inspections to ensure professional image (including the hygiene and uniform appropriateness of officers)
• Responsible for conducting on-the-job training of new officers assigned to post, or when changes to post orders are made
• Identify any personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues, employee relations complaints or other concerns
• Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise

Qualifications:
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years Security experience to be considered for this opportunity

- Must have valid driver’s license

- Minimum High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent

- Must have a valid security guard license and all necessary credentials

- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and integrity

- Must enjoy interacting with a diverse group of people

- Previous experience in a customer service and client facing security role
