• Lead 6 or more person marketing team
• Training on insightful marketing scripts
• Daily Field Marketing/training with team
• Implement personal conversations for positive team growth
• Track success and growth potential of team
• Daily debrief conversations with team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Leader in Field Marketing Management or Canvassing Experience
• Organized and Manage Multiple Team Members Simultaneously
• Excellent Listening and Communication Skills
• Empathetic and Motivational
• Experience Using CRM and/or Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to Coach/Mentor/Develop People to Financial Success

Working Conditions:

• Flexible Working Hours Between Monday-Saturday 10:00AM 8:00PM
• Ability to stand/walk for multiple hours daily
• Serious Focus On Achieving Qualitative and Quantitative Lead Gen Success
