Johnson Express Logistics, Inc is a FEDEX Ground contracted service provider that is a locally owned operated business with highly involved owners. We are looking for Experienced FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers to start IMMEDIATELY to assist us with deliveries in our new territory. Company Vehicle Provided! No CDL Required!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional manner and positive attitude with clients and colleagues
• Follow all safety rules and company policies and procedures
• Drive the delivery van from the station to delivery customers
• You should expect to make over 60-70 stops per day, driving a high top, extended wheelbase commercial vehicle (step van, cargo van), getting in and out to deliver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. to customer residences and businesses, in all kinds of weather
• Use handheld device with advanced logistical systems for routing, communication with dispatch and time tracking
• Secure packages to ensure no damage
• Full time work schedules consist of 5-6 days per week

• Technology Oriented: comfortable using mobile technology efficiently
• Attendance and Timeliness: consistently at work on time or early. Completes work within the standards outlined by the company
• Dependability: takes responsibility and keep commitments or notify others if a commitment is at risk

Baseline Qualifications & Requirements:

• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Clean background and MVR
• Be least 21 years of age
• 1 Year of verifiable driving experience for a job in the past 3 years
• Be familiar and able to operate smart phone and GPS technology without aide
• Be eligible to work in the U.S
• Previous professional driving experience would be considered a plus
