Experienced Demolition Construction Laborer

If you're not the 8-hour office type and enjoy using machines and hand tools throughout the day, then this job is for you! Power Component Systems is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our team as demolition laborers in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications:
✅ 18 years of age or older
✅ Authorized to work in the United States
✅ A valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
✅ Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
✅ Comfortable working an 8-10 hour shifts on your feet
✅ Work in extreme weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors
✅ Flexibility for out-of-town jobsites in Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia or Delaware
✅ Can accommodate schedule changes
✅ Commitment to adhering to PCS safety programs and procedures for a secure work environment
✅ 1 year of demolition or construction experience (2-5 years preferred)

Bonus to have but not preferred:
✅ Bonus points for supervisor experience or operating heavy machinery (Skid Steers, Excavators, Boom lifts)
✅ Certifications: OSHA (10-30-40) or Asbestos
