Full time position. Based on experience starting pay at $22.00 / hour. $2.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR WEEKENDS* $1000 SIGN-ON BONUS.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Exhibit cooking standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate knowledge in all areas of cooking preparation and production.
- Assist with ware washing as necessary.
- Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
- Evaluate food service quality, temperature and appearance.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION :
- High school diploma
- Culinary degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant/senior living
- Continuous work history in the industry preferred
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification preferred
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Ability to cook from scratch
- Ability to manage time
