Augusta Tower Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2008 and is a family-owned and operated turnkey Cell Tower construction company. We are seeking Experienced Tower Technicians for employment in the Midwest market starting IMMEDIATELY. The ideal candidate will be a Midwest resident able to work on the road. Frequent overnight travel as well as working overtime is required. Benefits and wages are competitive. THIS LISTING IS FOR EXPERIENCED CELL TOWER WORKERS ONLY.
Valid safety certifications are preferred but Augusta Tower will provide paid renewal certifications through its in-house training program.
Our Tower Hands must be physically fit and willing to work at heights. This labor-intensive position requires the ability to maintain a safe working environment while withstanding extreme weather elements such as rain, snow, and heat. Please see the attached Physical Job Requirements checklist for more details.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Climb Wireless Towers up to 300'
- Performing and recording physical measurements
- Installation of antenna, lines, and RRH
- Accurately recording data and submitting via electronic report
- Using hand tools and basic power tools to install equipment
- Technical testing (PIM, Sweep, and Fiber)
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills Fluent English required for safe and efficient teamwork.
- Must be able to work in team environment and lead by example
- Meet the Physical Job Requirements identified on the attached checklist.
- Must have an email address
- Must have a mobile phone in service which is capable of sending and receiving email.
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work with a good attitude...every day
- 90% overnight travel Home most weekends
- Must be a US citizen or a non-citizen that is authorized to work the in the US
