- Experienced with a wide range of flooring residential applications.
- In-depth understanding of flooring materials and installation methods
- Capable of levelling subfloors, scrape, and applying other surfaces in preparation for installation.
- Ability to install flooring materials using hand and power tools in accordance with job specifications.
- Inspects finished work to verify quality and the highest possible standards of work
- Prior experience as a flooring installer or completion of a suitable apprenticeship is strongly preferred
- Good physical stamina and capacity to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds including furniture.
- Can travel with reliable transportation for projects.
- Depending on experience, accuracy, and speed, pay ranges per hour (plus benefits).
