Looking for experienced and reliable caregivers eager to provide exceptional service for 4-6 hour shifts.
Join our Select Team of Caregivers providing one-on-one care to older adults in their homes. This position is only for caregivers, home health aides, personal care assistants, or CNAs who truly have passion for what they do and have the ability to help manage all of our our clients’ needs.
Shift Options:
- 4-6 hour shifts available
- Days afternoons and evenings--combine 2 four-hour shifts with paid drive-time in-between for longer hours!
Caregiver, HHA, PCA Requirements:
- Ability to learn new tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Confidence
- Compassion
- Ability to work with all personalities
- Reliable
- Knowledge and skill working with chronic diseases, dementia, mental illness, and/or end-of-life issues—or ability to learn
Preferred Caregiver Qualities:
- 3 years caregiving experience with older adults
- CNA or PCT experience
