Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), provide companionship, and ensure their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients in their homes
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting if required
- Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Skills:
- Previous experience in senior care or caregiving is required
- Knowledge of ADLs and experience assisting with personal care tasks
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle emergencies calmly
