Experienced C Store Gas Station Managers

We are looking for EXPERIENCED C Store Gas Station Managers to join our team! Must have at least 6 months previous C Store Gas Station Management experience.

The Manager will play the key role in daily operations and is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. The goal is to provide fast service in a clean, friendly, and safe environment.

The Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including:

• Cash management and financial responsibility
• Inventory management
• Customer relations
• Team management - including recruiting, training, scheduling and retention of team members.

Further requirements include but are not limited to the following;

• Handle and manage rapid cash flow, and be 100% accountable for company assets and property.
• Work in a fast paced environment and provide excellent customer service while attending to other daily tasks.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed in all areas and positions within the store. No task is below you.
• Able to meet deadlines for invoicing, financial reports, HR and payroll reporting.
• Able to follow laws and procedures regarding alcohol and tobacco ID verification and bill verification
• Ability to train, lead and motivate
• Ability to remain calm and respond to a changing situation
• Physical requirements include standing up for up to 8 hours a shift, ability to lift and move product up to 30 pounds and able to work in various temperatures like coolers and outside when necessary.
• Must be able to learn and operate proprietary software systems, including (POS) Payroll Time Clock, within 14 days.
• Must complete all company required training within first 30 days.
